Travelodge by Wyndham Flowood

Staff are wonderful. This was my second stay September. It was the wonderful experience with staff is the reason I came back. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and very helpful. They had the front looking so clean with floor shining. It is an older motel that had been renovated. The second time we came to check in the front desk staff was mopping the area which was already shining. I can’t remember names. But all three I came in contact with were wonderful. Another reason I like the motel was it was quiet. The airport is not far away but it didn’t bother me. The only problem was the manager did not have breakfast Tuesday morning. We stayed because of the staff, how quiet it was and breakfast because I had a 7:30 dr. Appointment and my husband stayed and was going to eat while I was gon

Positive: The staff Negative: No sign out front to identify the hotel. The fire alarm in my room was dismantled. Elevators did not function properly. Pool look like a sewer.

Awful stay! Rude manager, dirty, poor kept rooms; no operational ice machines, security door broken and not secure, no smoke detectors, no phone in room, only 2 towels allowed, overcharged, overall property in bad shape! They will charge you another nite and not tell you! You will get no where with the manager he is most unprofessional and down rite rude! I felt scammed and I felt discriminated against. I reported to Wyndham corporate and he then called being very rude asking why i felt that way! Again I felt the same! I now want his job as he is not fit to work with animals much less the general public! I'd give this property a 0 if I could! I travel alot and this was unacceptable!!!!!

Do not stay here. This place can’t even afford new signs. They also can’t afford employees and don’t staff the front desk in the mornings during prime checkout time so you can request a receipt. It took over two days to track someone down to get a simple receipt for business expense purposes.

The location was great and plenty of places you can walk at get something good to eat. The atmosphere was great and quiet. The receptionist was awesome and friendly.
