Best Western Plus Flowood Inn & Suites

I felt very appreciated for my stay by the check in and check out clerks. The room was very clean and overall a very good place to stay on a budget. I loved the extra tall ceilings on the fourth floor. Not sure if every floor has the tall ceilings, or just the top floor, but made the room feel bigger. The beds were comfortable.

Super Clean rooms, the hallways, stair access, and lobby all smell clean. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker was clean also. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had some variety and was pretty good. Sam was friendly and helpful with our first floor request. Pool was clean and very well maintained. Coffee was hot and fresh in the lobby throughout our stay. We stayed 3 nights and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Positive: "" Negative: We found bed bugs in the first room. Hotel denied giving us refund. Gave us bottle waters instead.

This Best Western Plus was our favorite of four we visited during a recent vacation. The manager, Mr. Patel, is so personable, and the breakfast manager is superb. Location is very quiet, rooms are clean , the gym is spotless. Even the stairwells are clean, which is extremely unusual! Thanks to all involved for the extra effort and high standards. We recommend this hotel.

Great spot. Diamond on the rough for sure. Loved that they have carts for your things. Wasn't crazy about the breakfast options but was impressed with the specialized coffeemaker and does lattes, cappuccino, coffee, and hot chocolate.
