America's Best Inn & Suites - Flowood / Jackson Airport

This is my honest review . When I first came I was horrified afraid to see what would the rooms would be like . With the location being in the back cut . The lobby is cozy . The hallway carpet is what scared me most and a weird smell . But let me tell you the room looked wayyy better than I thought honestly for the price . Also the customer service is mind blowing very nice people . The housekeeping they are very generous . They always made sure I had towels and other needs daily . The front desk doesn’t harass you if you running a few minutes behind to make your payment . They were kind lovely caring . The rooms have been updated floors new toilets new tvs beds and backboards on beds new . I only recommend new towels and covers because even though they were cleaned they were stained where

Positive: The location is good Negative: The room was very dirty. The towels had stains. There was cockroach in the bathroom. The beds were shaky. If I move, the bed would make so much noise and move as well.

AVOID!! This is a shabby hotel in a convenient location. Police were called to the hotel both nights we stayed here due to unruly visitors who came to see other hotel guests. But the rooms also have odd pieces furniture, such as an empty cabinet to hold the fridge but the mini fridge is freestanding over in the corner, and cabinets that had no drawers for storing your clothes. The pricing was competitive but like they say...you get what you pay for. I am confident that you would be better served elsewhere for a few dollars more.

Wonderful staff! Great place to stay. True Mississippi hospitality. Clean room, peaceful atmosphere, safe area, good parking. Very accommodating. Handicap accessible bathroom.

Rooms were very clean. Nice location that's not far from resturants, shopping centers, or gas stations. Very quiet and peaceful inside and out.
