Candlewood Suites Flowood by IHG

Me and my grandma were in a bit of a bind when the original hotel we booked gave away the accessible room we booked a month out. Christoper Golden was an absolute gem and helped us out! He not only got us set up with the accessible room at a great rate, but ran up to the third floor to make sure the room had a type of shower my grandma could comfortably use! Very kind people work here, and I will definitely be coming back. 😊

Every interaction with the hotel staff was extremely positive, helpful, and professional, including calls I made prior to arrival. The lobby area and hallways on the main floor were clean and well-kept. The room was very clean and comfortable, looked newly renovated, with comfy bedding. Plenty of towels, too. ||We did not use the kitchen equipment, but I noticed it was sparkling clean with all the basics provided. I liked that the window shades were new and we could make it very dark in the room -- good for sleeping. ||I must admit that I was I was a bit apprehensive when we first drove up from behind the hotel, because evidently renovations are ongoing and some equipment and materials were in the parking lot. However, the front of the hotel and the front parking lots were well maintained,

The hotel and staff was great. The beds and pillows were amazing comfortable. The hotel is quiet and allows for a peaceful nights rest. The cleaning staff is accommodating and does a great job. We have stayed twice and will be returning soon.

We stayed here during our newborns time in the children’s hospital… all in all we had a great experience. The staff in general was very accommodating, especially the manager, who was very good at his job. It’s not quite ideal because of the amount of construction worker traffic, but of course they have to stay somewhere too. The area is pretty good, with any restaurants or shopping you might want, only a short drive away.

Decent hotel but the green/yellow stain on the bedsheets near the head was a massive turn off and disappointment. The shower also looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
