TownePlace Suites by Marriott Jackson Airport/Flowood

I had issues checking into another Marriott hotel and when I called this hotel, they immediately told me to come there and they would take care of me. That they did! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. It’s in a great location. I was able to walk to eat and shop. I will definitely book again. Great experience!

This hotel is very affordable! Our room had a little kitchenette that we found extremely useful. There was a full sized coffee pot, real dishes in the cabinet, and even a tiny dishwasher (so cute!). On top of that, a hot breakfast is served free of charge every morning and includes not only the usual things like danish, bagels, and toast, but things like cheese omelettes and sausage patties. Yum! The place looked brand new and was meticulously maintained. The check-in staff was efficient and friendly, which is always nice. Will definitely be staying here again!

My lifesavers! We always stay here when we come to visit family, it’s close to some shopping centers and food places. The staff is always friendly and helpful! This time I left my airpods in the hotel room and thought they were gone. Thankfully, a cleaner found them and returned them back to the front. Extremely thankful for a trustworthy staff!

Very clean rooms and friendly staff! I felt very safe. There was plenty to do around the area. I would recommend this location, and I will stay here again when I am in the area.
