Hampton Inn Jackson/Flowood (Airport Area) MS

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My family stayed here last week while in town for a funeral, and everything about our stay was wonderful. Jimmye, who checked us in, was truly amazing. She knew why we were there and showed genuine care and compassion for our family. My flight arrived before check-in, and she found an available room so I could check in early, which meant a lot. She also went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and she was always friendly and welcoming each time we came and went. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was perfect—close to the airport and close to the church for the service. We’re so grateful for the kindness we experienced here during a difficult time, and we would absolutely stay again.

Positive: at check-in was so hospitable and nice. In fact all the front desk staff were nicel. Even though the renovations are being done to the lobby, it did not take away from our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit MS. Negative: ""

September 2025 have previously actually stayed at this Hampton Inn and enjoyed it and the home 2 next door . Both properties are convenient and close to family so it’s easy to visit and have a place to also escape. This time I was extremely frustrated by the ongoing construction project that was not noted on the hotels website or on the main Hilton website. Breakfast is still available, but it is smaller and reduced with some options typically afforded by Hampton not being available. Was helping a family member with relocation so I was looking forward to using the heated pool for a recovery. This too is out of service. |Remodel on the room was completed however, some fixtures not installed properly or correctly before room was put back in the service. Staff is friendly rooms are still

While I did not spend the night there, several of my out of town relatives did for our family reunion. They were very satisfied with their rooms. We did reserve a meeting room for one of our cousins to give a presentation which went off with a hitch! All in all everyone was pleased with the hotel.

We arrived a little late but the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and courteous. Check in process was easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here the next time we are in Flowood.
