Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Flowood

If you are staying at this location in January 2026, call and ask before you book your stay if your room will have a key if that is important to you. As of 1/3/26, the rooms do not come with keys so the lady at the front desk has to go up with you to let you in. If you need to leave your room during your stay, you’ll either have to leave your door cracked and hope no one goes into your room or ask the front desk lady to let you in every time you need to leave. The room numbers are not attached to the doors but are leaning up against the wall on the floor outside the doors. There is construction going on in the lobby. This appears to be an older hotel or maybe has just been poorly maintained in the past. It seems like they are trying to make renovations but it isn’t horrible as far as hotel

We stayed here most recently in November of 2025 but we stay here every time we come to Flowood, MS. The check-in process is always super smooth. All the employees we have ever interacted with that work here are very friendly and always willing to help if we need something. The rooms are always clean and have comfortable beds. The location is very close to good food and the Jackson airport. This hotel also has a good amount of parking and we never have any trouble finding a space close to the door. We did notice the hotel has be under going some renovations. It didn’t bother us at all for the three days we were there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family traveling to the Jackson area.

Do not recommend. We stayed here as part of a group for a soccer tournament. I am a long time Hilton honors member and always prefer Hilton over any other brand. Most of the time we are treated very well. We booked a room with honors, breakfast included. They only allowed us 1 breakfast even though there were 2 adults listed on the reservation. We also needed to wash sweaty jerseys. The washer worked but the dryer was out of order. The front desk people apparently had no clue. My wife had to go find them smoking and joking in the back to ask if they knew it was broke. They said they did. Why not put a sign on it? And why let us get quarters for the washer and dryer if you knew it was broken? Not very helpful. We will not be staying here again. I know some Hilton’s are privately owned but t

Remote was partially non functional for the TV. The TV was very basic and not kept up with technology which actually matches the room as it was outdated as well. I was informed on arrival that key cards were malfunctioning and I'd need an escort to get back into my room if I left. And they have the nerve to charge $10 for a breakfast "buffet" that's the exact same as the Continental breakfast anywhere else. It was literally fruit options, yogurt, bread, cereal, and waffles, and they have the nerve to charge what every hotel I've ever been to includes in the stay. The staff were at least very friendly and the location is good.

Positive: Checking out Negative: Room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, hard, stiff sheets. NO MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM!!! Staff was rude and unhelpful. We had one night left on our stay but we left and went to another hotel. I will never stay at this place again.
