Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Flowood - Jackson Northwest

This was an good hotel for the price. There are areas they could improve in. The bedspreads were not clean. They were not dirty, They had old stains that could not be washed out so should be replaced. The pillows were flat. When I requested replacements the staff was very helpful and quickly provided better ones. The floors needed a through mopping. But other than that I was satisfied with my room. And Chris who worked at the front desk was so very helpful and had great customer service. I would choose it again for the price.

I was only at this hotel for a night, but it was clean and suited my needs for the affordable price. The room was good but not necessarily great, but no problem for me. The location and service was good as well. I had no problems staying here.

The hotel was clean. Room smelled like some one had smoked in the room, but it dissipated after running a/c. The breakfast offerings were good. I’m diabetic and I was able to put together food for breakfast from the offerings. The only problem was the parking wasn’t that great.

it's not fancy. but it'll get the job done. hot showers, decent temp control for the rooms, and the rooms are decent size. the bed are a little squeaky, the breakfast is sorta sad looking and tasting, and parking is a little cramped. however, it's half the price of most other places nearby to stay, and the doors lock.

No frills hotel. Needs to be updated. Beds were extremely firm! Everything was clean. Breakfast had a small choice ( gravy, biscuits, sausage patty, couple choices of cereal, pastries, boiled eggs). We felt safe, and easy access to restaurants and hotels.
