Travelers Inn & Suites

Stayed here for 6 weeks, cigarette butts everywhere, room 108 is a double bed, tub won't drain while showering. Toilet needs to be flushed 2-3 times, makes an awful noise while it refills also. Gave me and my room mate 2 different prices for single bed when we were there by ourselves, first and last day. While on our last 3 days (went from weekly to single day payments for last couple days of job) prices negotiated weren't kept depending on who was at the counter. Some neighboring people also complained they were being charged $50 extra for their weekly stay. Some where charged $350 others $400 weekly for a single bed. My last night I decided to go somewhere else...and it was cheaper for the "weekend price" this dude tried to come up with.

The dirtiest, and I mean nastiest room ever! Sheets were dirty & dingy, towels were extremely dingy. Mattress was stained. Smoke detector was not in place, the customer service was awful. The room overall was not clean! Pillows were extremely flat

The location is pretty good, quiet area. The service was not very good, no one was at the front desk. Rung the bell took attendant a long time to come up front. The room was not good and clean, dingy sheets with stains & holes in them. Towels were dingy, and had holes. Pillows were so flat, might as well not had any at all. Smoke alarm was taken off wall. Front lobby had no snacks or drinks in machine. Just poor effort and quality of a hotel/motel! Never staying here again. If people don’t care about the service and quality they provide to paying customers then they don’t deserve your money! And, they have a “ I don’t care attitude” So, I don’t care to give them my business. They need the board of health called on them.

The lady/ Wife is very rude and disrespectful. She wouldn’t accept my passport as a form of ID due to me having the paper copy ID waiting on my original to come in the mail. The husband said yes but she refused and I should have known when I walked in the look on her face was like what are you doing here. She act like it’s a Marriott

Very friendly and helpful owners which means a lot to me! Older well priced lodging! It's not the newest or the nicest but lodging but it was clean. I was told they are in the process of updating. The beds are comfortable but the pillows could be better. They had large rooms, flat screen tv's. Some rooms had large refrigerators. They will also wash, dry and fold your laundry even though there laundry facility. There is no coffee makers. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lobby. They had weekly rates for the accommodations which is why I give it four stars!
