Southern Inn & Suites

The rooms and price are decent. Other than that, not so good. Service is spotty. Rooms aren't cleaned regularly. Washing machine is broke down half the time. Ice machine is broken half the time. No HBO as advertised. With all that said, the actual rooms are decently roomy and the price is probably the best around. Also, it's located pretty centrally to most things that might be needed.

First off the $192.50 a week price is a bit steep but it is literally as good as your gonna get in this area. The hotel does NOT have any fancy accommodations whatsoever and it is noticeably outdated but it gets the job done. Air and heat worked to perfection, comfy bed, TV had all the channels I could ask for except SPIKE but it more than made up for it with HBO & NFL Network and most the all THE BATHROOM WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN.

service sucks, they need to do better I was playing a game all there was is lag could take no one out and they need more cable channels and keeping people's rooms on being asked for after purchased one of my crew said they were in room with roaches c'mon if I have to come again during a winter storm no is my answer

I have a friend who was only here for one night and they KICKED HER AND HER KIDS OUT bc the baby got on the bed with dirty feet, it’s a baby and yall get them kicked out over that?! YALL ARE RUDE AND JUST STRAIGHT NASTY SHOWERS DONT WORK WATER FOSETS COMING OFF TOILET LEAKING !!! Y’all’s management here is terrible as well, she was ever rude to her. I think yall should really do better on halls selfs, cause this is just absolutely sad on y’all’s ends.

We were her for work and apart of our group caused a disturbance. I will admit that but the management handled it terribly. They kicked out the 2 rooms that did the lazy security's job and we dispelled the issue and we got kicked out and not the ones that caused the noise. They knocked on our door at 10:15, we are asleep because we worked late, and told us we need to be out by 11. We are packing up and security finally shows their face and yells at an innocent uninvolved person about a registered service animal in the hotel because the sign says no pet (by law services animals are an exception)
