Magnolia Inn & Suites

If I could have left I would have. I felt so gross sleeping here. The rooms are not clean and are so old it is disgusting. I needed to be in this location otherwise I would have gone a bit farther out but some of the reviews were decent…. They must have gotten a better room. I also felt very unsafe as there were drug deals in the parking lot.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are decent and the service is normally nice for the price. Tonight was a different story. On top of paying for the hotel, the girl at the desk asked us to give her $50 in cash (specifically) for any damages that may occur and that she would give it back to us tomorrow. Trust me it’s no Hilton and they have never asked me for that previously. I even asked someone standing outside if they did the same and they said no!! I won’t be back.

Won't stay here ever again. The website gives bogus information on the rooms. They look nothing like what's posted. No pool, no jacuzzi. The room was fairly clean, room smelled and the hallways smelled of marijuana. Key card worked half the time, had to get a new card so we could get in the door. Nothing on the website matched what we got. Charged us over 250.00 for our small dog who is very well trained. Not that I'm surprised but steep for a week. My husband had to fix the leak in the shower leaking into a wall where clothes are hung up n signs of mold. We'll pay more for better accommodations somewhere else

Yes it is a budget hotel but I would still expect it to be clean and structurally safe. Tried 2 rooms - first one had a dirty carpet and dangerous electrics plus a weird smell. Second one still had a weird smell and dirty carpet but what seemed like marginally better electrics until I tried using the hairdryer and it blew up. Plus points were decent TV and fridge but that's it. Bed OK but chairs filthy. Breakfast selection poor and cereals/pastries (the only choices) looked stale. Worth paying a little extra to stay elsewhere.
