Days Inn by Wyndham Southaven MS

I stayed at this property for one night and like it very much so decided to come for 4 more. The hotel is conveniently located next to the interstate with shopping around. The ground are beautifully kept, rooms are fine and A/C was working efficiently. The staff, especially Danny, was very friendly and helpful, was kind enough to assist me with my car problems and very accommodating with all my requests and needs. The pool was clean and very quiet, just what I needed. I’m sure I’ll return

Driving in a semi w a service dog, I’ve learned to call before making reservations to make sure there are proper accommodations. Spoke with a women who said they could accommodate both. When I got there I was told I needed to “park at my own risk” not on their property. |Then I was told there was an extra $25 for my dog (which is actually illegal to charge for a service dog) and I also needed to give them $100 in CASH for a pet deposit. |The manager, Danny Patel, asked very invasive questions about why I had a service dog and asked to see a certification-which the government doesn’t even give!!|Horrible experience. I ended up not staying and will never be back again

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option . I bought a room on Valentine’s Day and the front desk scheduled it on the wrong day . The manager said he was gonna be here the next day . Slept in the car because all the other hotels were booked .The next day came and the lady said he’s out of the country . THERE A SCAM 💯.DONT GO HERE

Nice clean place for overnight resting. No issues. Building is older but facilities are fairly up to date.
