The first room they put me in smelled bad, (the smell was a moldy cigarette smell with a mixture of smelly feet) so they put me in another room. I immediately noticed and took pictures of the small holes in the wall where they (maintenance or someone) tried to put screws in the wall to mount the tissue holder, I also took a picture of a burn mark on the cushion and showed it to them to let them know that it was already there, they assured me that they knew it all already existed. I also noticed paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast the following morning was good, no juice. All 3 juices were out and I told the hostess and she said they didn't have any, this was at 6:30am, breakfast started at 6am. Went to the front desk area and saw a cooler with a few drinks in it, th

Positive: Breakfast was OK. Negative: Carpet in room was dirty. No fan in bathroom so ipaint was peeling and door hinges were rusty. Bed was too soft. only DIRECTV, no other streaming services.

The room was comfortable and clean. The employees that I had contact with were nice. I either did not hear about it or it was not pointed out that there was a snack station in the lobby. I looked for it but did not see it. The hotel is old and could use some updating but it was clean. I do have some questions about the fees that I was charged.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews due to being a business owner myself but today I’ll make an exception. I arrived on location around 5:30pm 10/31. When I got to my room my tv didn’t work . The lady from the front desk came up tried to fix it but she couldn’t and sent a maintenance man todo so it’s now 6:30. He got it working but as soon as he left it stopped again. So at this time I called the desk explained I’d rather just get another room due to being tired and just wanting to relax. They upgraded me to a suite which I highly commend. Though one of the tvs still didn’t work the one in the bedroom did so I didn’t bother to call the desk. The next day it’s time to checkout I admit I overslept. I woke up at 10:50am and called to ask for a late checkout just 1 hour so I can get my my belon

I stayed 2 nights on December 5th and 6th 2025. I was over charged by $100 during my stay. The elevators was broken. You had to call the front desk to get them to push the 1st floor button so you could get down to the lobby. The customer Service could use improvement. And the breakfast is cheaply made. This hotel is going down. Would not recommend. Need to be revamped.
