The desk girl had my human irrate! I tried to help by being myself, and it didn't matter. I wish people would stop being mean and difficult when my handler is trying to explain service dog laws. She was demanding paperwork, even though there is no such thing and I've grown out of my service vest with patches. I'm in a medium now, but honestly, that's not required either. Any dog can put a vest on and any dog can have fake paperwork. Only real service dogs are trained to do things that their humans need medically. And my human was very close to going to the hospital because of this woman. She passed her phone with my info in it..to her friend so she could finish dealing with the woman. THATS when the desk girl chilled out and started to understand how important I was. I'm not trying to brag

Very bad staff. The staff doesn't know how to work. They charged me twice the cost of the room. Incorrect information on the website and in reality. They charge more money because they have incorrect information on their website. I am very unhappy with this hotel.

Very friendly. Stayed under CLC. Room was clean. Staff is prompt and polite. My toilet had a small water leak but everything was clean. The hotel is very quiet day and night.

If you're coming to Jackson for business do not book this hotel especially if it's coming out of your own pocket. I spent 600 for two weeks and the last few days I was there I noticed they had cockroaches and they rooms had a funny smell to them. When I first got there and book the room they had to change my room from the first one because the first one smell like trash. The room service was wasn't good she had a little attitude. They even stole money off of my card so if you use a credit card with these people I advise you to pay in cash. I advise you not to take this hotel choose something different. I told today manager about the money they took off my card and he had an attitude with me. So will not choose nights and ever again and I hope nobody chooses they room. I hate the fact I hav

They have bed bugs and roaches and they know it's infested and they refuse to refund your money. I paid for three days and only stayed six hours, I informed management and I requested a refund and he told me he'll just clean it but I just wanted my money back. Police ha to be called, but there was nothing that they could do. Nasty and rude, I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.💯
