The housekeeping sucks they don’t clean the rooms deeply you’re better sweeping and cleaning your own floors. Taking your trash down too. The front staff is amazing and so friendly and nice and really get to know you by name and they give great advice for eating, shopping, and seeing the sites. I love the room with the washer in them cause it so nice to was your clothes why you travel.

My stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made this a five-star experience was the customer service.||The front desk supervisor, Anaiah, went above and beyond to take care of everything. She was professional, kind, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met without hesitation. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and with genuine care, which made my stay stress-free and enjoyable.||It’s rare to come across service this exceptional, and Anaiah is truly an asset to this hotel. Because of her outstanding hospitality, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service.

Staff service staff was so warm & friendly. They went above and beyond. Rooms were very clean, nicely laid out, modern and contained desired amenities. The kitchen was amazing, except it did not have an oven. Everything else was provided. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Breakfast was GREAT! With many options. Highly recommend!

Front desk Manager Anaiah was absolutely amazing. She handled multiple responsibilities effortlessly, managing the front desk, tending to urgent situations, and keeping everything running smoothly without missing a beat. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and dedication truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of, and it did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service all around.

Positive: Comfortable beds Negative: Highway noise! Chip crumbs on floor. Used soap bar in the shower. Body wash bottle was empty.
