I do not have any photos to share, however i will say that the service was great. The staff was polite, freindly, and diverse. The rooms were clean, the breakfast decent, and the location was great as well. Those were the pros, now for the cons. They did not have a washer and dryer, I had no microwave, refrigerator in the room, and two nights in a row the fire alarm went off at between 8-9pm. Also note since the location is right off the highway, adjacent to a gas station or getting in and out takes a little time.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the laundry machines were not working. On top of that, the hotel does not provide change or any way to get coins for the machines, unlike many other hotels. This made it impossible for us to do laundry during our stay. The most upsetting part was the behavior of the morning front desk employee. We were about 30 minutes late for checkout, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he immediately threatened to call the police. Threatening guests over a small delay is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This is not how you run a hospitality business. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a hotel.

This place was great! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Especially Brianna! She is the reason we stayed at this same hotel on our way home.

Would have given 5 stars but no microwave or fridge or at least in my room. But lovely rooms, excellent staff and conveniently locared.
