Hilton Garden Inn Jackson

Rooms/Hotel Staff were great. The dining experience was horrible. There was shorter gentleman who has zero customer service. Awful, wanted to argue with not only me but other customers because the machine wasn't printing receipts. Was on his phone the entire time watching TV.

Positive: "" Negative: Breakfast Buffet was $16 and Continental Breakfast was $8 which was disappointing. The water was out for Thursday and Friday nights due to a planned maintenance to replace the piping which the hotel person did not inform me of. Bad experience.

Where do I start? |We arrived late at night to a room that needed a deep clean. Toilet was filthy. Luckily I brought my own anti bac wipes and bed bug spray. The carpets are |nasty. I would not put my bare feet down. I agree with an earlier review that the hotel needs to close for a week and have a deep clean.|Despite 4 requests, we had NO housekeeping for a week.|Staff…,.,,, so rude. Never greeted in reception. Always on their own mobiles but never answered the reception phone when they were actually there.|Everything seemed to be too much trouble for them. |This may seem petty but they wore their own clothes, no uniforms- one guy had a tracksuit, trainers & chains on.|This wasn’t what I expected and what we have experienced in other Hilton Hotels.|We will not be using this hotel again an

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean. Check in was a breeze. The only down was the bathtroom barn style door doesn't provide the desired privacy in that room, and the fridge didn't work. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Incredible experience at this hotel. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The next time we're in town we will definitely be staying here again.
