Quality Inn Jackson Northwest

Good location in Jackson, especially for food and shopping. That's where it ends. Our room was decent but didn't feel clean upon arrival. Then we found a spot of dried, yellow urine on the toilet seat along with what appeared to be a pubic hair. After that, I didn't want to stay at all. The fridge was tiny and barely held our water and bag of dog food. The bed had a metal base and every time we sat down or moved it would "bang" which was very annoying. Upon check-in, the young man helping me acted as if I was interrupting his personal time instead of him doing his job. He didn't convey anything about where the room was, where to find any necessities (such as ice), and did not provide times for the breakfast. We have stayed at this place many times over the years. We have liked our visits and its location in relation to our home in SC and my sister's home in AR. We also found and fell in love with The Spaghetti Store and enjoy eating there each night. We were also pleased with the renovations that have been made.

We were traveling through and spent one night and was very pleased. The outside is very well lit and the rooms were clean and comfy. Several restaurants are close by and many are within walking distance. The breakfast was good as well. They had blueberry and cinnamon roll waffles, several cereals, Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuits, danish rolls, apples, yogurt and bagels. Would stay again!||Negative: didn’t like the pillows.

This is motel is clearly preferred by work crews. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Shower was hot with plenty of linens. Breakfast was basic with only waffles for hot items. Coffee was average for an instant type machine.

Dirtiest Choice hotel I have ever been to. Dirty bed sheets and blankets. Towels that were already supplied in the bathroom were filthy with obvious black spots. Toilet didnt work. Floors in the restroom were nasty. Night stand had crumbs. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Tried the breakfast and the waffles were spoiled and had a sour taste to them after being cooked. Couldnt pay me to stay here again its nasty. So many other hotels for an extra $25 more.
