Mike is a cool owner it is a nice place too stay too bad he wasn't at the window when I showed up because I know he would of let me stay
Weekly and monthly rates are very cheap. Rooms are definitely worn-in, but they are remodeling a bit. Pretty quiet most of the time. Owner is a good person and he'll do right by you if you do right by him. I have lived there for five months now and I'm comfortable there
Place was dirty nasty had roaches guy was rude
The owners are very nice and willing to work with you when you have problems.
Needed alot of work done and prices is very high
