TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fort Wayne North

We were in this place for more than a month. It was very tiring to arrive home from work and have to go up to the 4th floor by the stairs because the elevator was not working. The breakfast is the same every day, there is never any variety, and it is really ugly. The egg tastes like a box and the waffle seems like you are eating granulated sugar. The people at the reception are very friendly, but the room was cleaned once a week.

The staff is nice and it's close to the zoo. That's it. That's the positive. The room smelled so bad. Like animals had used the bathroom all over the place for years. It made us gag. The elevator and hallway smelled word but not as bad. The furniture was very worn, carpet was pulling away from the wall. The worst hotel my family has ever stayed in. Marriott, please renovate!!

The lady working the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.

The staff was very kind, but the hotel needs a little bit of upkeep. The elevator was broken, the stairwell smelled mildewey, and the rest of the floor also smelt kind of off. Our first room didn’t feel like it was cleaned thoroughly. We discovered a leaky AC unit and were able to move rooms. The 2nd room was better, though close to the pool so the air had a faint smell of chlorine. |I’ve stayed at a lot of Marriott properties and felt this was subpar to their standards, but appreciate the kind staff.

Booked a room with accessibility needs. When I arrived they booked me into a room that did not have those needs accommodated, I went back down to ask about it and they said the room was being used by someone else. When I told them that was illegal under title III of the ADA they canceled my reservation
