Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center

The lobby attendant Jessie was amazing. She was so sweet and went downstairs multiple times to help me, and I still only waited about 10 minutes total. She really went above and beyond. Thank you for the great service!

The room was very dusty, with a suspicious brown stain on my pillow. Massive water damage stains were on the side walls, and the ceiling and paint was peeling in the bathroom. The hallway I was staying in was filled with a pungent smoke smell as well. Unfortunately I also had an unfortunate interaction with a front desk employee— when I politely asked about the 15.00 parking charge for one vehicle. (I work in customer service, I understand that sometimes people have off days, but it was incredibly rude.) I find it interesting that the hotel upcharges when it’s only 7.00 dollars to just pay the parking garage ticket to the city. Unfortunately not the best experience, and I will not be returning. I thought it was supposed to be a nice hotel?

Second time attending a conference here. Staff is very professional and polite. Tyler was beyond awesome, was very helpful made sure our classroom service was perfect everyday. Stayed on top of making sure everything was cleaned and put away.

It’s a great hotel which is starting some remodeling, although for the price and location was perfect. Natalie was very accommodating to make sure the stay was great! Yes the room was bit dated but all else made it just right!

We booked 3 rooms here for employees to attend a conference. One of the rooms had bed bugs. The hotel did reimburse the one night stay, but a very unfortunate and traumatic event. The employee had to find another place to stay at a fairly late time of night. The hotel did not have any other rooms available which was a blessing because she didn't feel comfortable staying there.
