This is really a nice and clean and affordable place. Rooms are large, very well equipped, Beds comfy, bath room cozy.|These included breakfast has hot omelettes, potato wedges, cereal, breads, croissants, tea- coffee and juices. On top smiling staff and convenient location.

I know hotel have an general "odor". The rooms were surprisingly nice. However, you get off the elevator to a smell like a carpet cleaner was drowning the carpet. Its not a terrible smell at all. And I know my description was weird. But stop by and you'll know exactly what I mean lol. You can definitely deal with the smell. It was just a surprise in the hallway.

Twice this hotel has been the best hotel experience I’ve had. I was offered an early check in and checked out di to my flight times and I am an advid travler and have never had this offered before. The front desk associate was super friendly and went the extra mile to insure my stay was exceptional. The rooms were clean and fresh and they also have laundry facilities on the 2nd and 4th floors. Located adjacent to the property is a Bobs Evan’s where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. It was also a very relaxing and quiet stay without the smell of marijuana like other places in that area.

I was very happy with the king studio room we had. I would stay here again. The room was reasonably spacious and very well kept/clean. I was a little disappointed to find the mattress not as good as the more expensive Marriotts but it was still OK. Towels were on the thin and rough side but acceptable. I especially liked having two windows (ample natural light) and the lamps were well placed and bright enough for reading. We don't cook while on vacation but like having the little kitchen for the refrigerator and sink. The overall feel of the room was really comfortable. In the breakfast area I loved the excellent supply of nice teas and hot water that didn't taste of coffee. Breakfast assortment of foods was fairly standard for this type of hotel. This hotel is extremely dated and not maintained to a standard I’d expect from Marriott. The “coffee and hot water station” was cold when it was supposed to be available, which pretty much sums up the attention to detail here. The gym is laughable: one treadmill, one exercise bike, and a small set of weights. That’s it. Calling it a fitness room feels misleading. But the biggest issue is the way the property handles charges. They literally admitted they “observed” me on camera and used that to justify charging inapplicable fees, and then dragged out the refund process for weeks. Overall: outdated property, weak amenities, and questionable practices around surveillance and fees. Save yourself the stress and stay literally anywhere else.
