Rating reflects how the hotel ranks in its class of extended stay competition; it's obviously not a Hotel DuPont. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room included a kitchenette that was stocked with basic cookware, utensils, and appliances, and a fairly good sized refrigerator. Breakfast was as one would expect for this brand/hotel class. Overall, the room space was comfortable and functional. The location is less than ideal, but close to the offices I routinely visit, so the convenience counts. Haven't had a need for service at the hotel, so unrated.

They didn't have the room we had requested when we arrived, so I had to split up with who who I was travelling with for a night in separate rooms until it was ready. Just a slight inconvenience, but the staff was friendly enough. Unfortunately the room I stayed in for the night had a microwave that didn't work when I wanted some popcorn, hence the 4 stars, but they were clean and comfortable. Overall, not a bad experience.

This was a quick stay for a hockey tournament for my son. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, however I was not recognized as being an IHG member. The breakfast was okay, they clean up very quickly at 930am on the dot so if you're a last minute straggler you're not even guaranteed a muffin. They blocked off the area at 930. I thought that was a little weird and not very accommodating if you just wanted to grab and go, however I understand the hot food not being available at that time. That is my only complaint about the entire experience. I would stay here again when in the area.

Great value. Stayed for a night to be closer to children’s hospital in the morning. 1 bedroom suite was perfect for family of 4. Staff very nice, breakfast great. Would definitely stay again.
