TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kansas City Airport

Perfect for a quick night before heading to the airport or a little longer terms stay. Rooms are clean and guest service is kind. They have a complementary airport shuttle with a great driver. I suggest tipping them. And even though breakfast doesn’t till later in the morning, they put out some easy items like cereal, bagels, and yogurt earlier in the morning for early travelers.

Dirty and dingy. Surprisingly quiet though. Stayed here only because spouse was flying in on a late flight to attend a medical appointment with me. I would not recommend due to poor cleaning especially in the kitchenette area. Sink disposal with bad odor, coffee pot so dirty that I didn't use it. The staff at front desk were courteous and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I also enjoyed using the workout center. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Close proximity to the airport made it very convenient despite our late flight. The airport shuttle only runs until midnight, but we were able to catch an Uber easily and it was inexpensive because the hotel was so close. We didn’t make it to the pool, but peeking through the window, it looked nice.

Lobby and check in were nice enough. Went to the room and immediately identified the smell of ramen noodles. It's a suite with a kitchen so there are some dishes, stove, sink and fridge. I looked it over and none of it was particularly clean, but not dirty enough to explain the smell. I didn't use any of the kitchen bits but the fridge. The bed and bathroom were cleaner and the bed was nice and comfy. The tv is mounted to the side of the bed, but who really looks at the tv when we're all on phones? Makes you wonder if we could just go back to radio. Wi-Fi was solid and fast enough for me. I checked out the pool and wouldn't use it based on a brief inspection. There is a workout room with a few treadmills but also a couple benches with dumbbells up to 50lbs, so that was nice. There

The staff here is outstanding! From the moment I checked in, to the manager who helped with the TV, to the breakfast server in the morning. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's truly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was hot, and the laundry room worked perfectly. The bed was so comfortable!! I don't remember the last time I slept for 10 hours straight! I wish I could take it with me! The huge showers were a nice bonus, too. This place made it so easy to relax and recharge.
