Great stay! The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the building felt safe. Great location, close to so many shops and restaurants. Easy check-in and great communication. I’d definitely stay here again.

This complex is a great spot! It’s right on the Plaza, but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle — the location really can’t be beat. Management is easy to work with and very responsive with maintenance or anything you need. It’s a comfortable place you can make your own, which makes it an awesome option in such a prime area!

The property is well-maintained and beautiful. The management team is responsive and professional! All of that and being right on the Plaza. I’d definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking a beautiful and historic place to stay.

I’m incredibly grateful to the family who owns this building. Over the past year, during some difficult medical challenges, they showed real kindness and support when I needed it most. It means a lot to see people who care about both their tenants and the history of Kansas City. They’re doing a wonderful job preserving one of the Plaza’s great historic buildings while creating a place that truly feels cared for. Highly recommend. Great location and I love the large classic apartments from the wood floors to the views.
