Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City Airport

Very clean, quiet and welcoming hotel. Check in was very hospitable as well as just simply walking through the doors everyday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Probably the best one on this street and there's about 4-5 all right next to each other.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and although it had gone downhill since the last time it was still adequate for the group rate received for a large wedding party. ||HOWEVER, after my 2 night stay I received a bill for parking fees that was almost equal to a nights stay! No warning was given at checkin that there were additional fees for my car to stay at the hotel as well. In fact, the front desk staff directed me to park in the backlot and come in the doors nearest the elevators. At no time did staff ever ask for my cars license number or warn me that an exorbitant extra fee almost equal to what I paid for a bed would be changed for my cars parking space. The letter received was extremely rude and threatening. The parking lots were never more than a third full at any time during

Nice newer hotel. Rooms were clean and kept up. Hallways were clean. Close to the airport for those flying in or out. We used the Tesla charger on site. It did stop working sometime over night and we only got half what we needed for the next days trip.

I like my pillows a little bit more firm. Other than that, very clean. Staff are really nice and service is excellent. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Aside of the shuttle service to and from the airport, they even offered to take me to a gas station for snack/drinks after restaurant on site was closed. Thank you.

Positive: The hotel staff was extraordinary going out of their way to assist us. Negative: The gym was sad. broken equipment and no water in the gym was a problem.
