Atwell Suites Kansas City Airport, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at the Atwell Suites, and boy let me tell you, it is AMAZING! I stayed here for a business trip, and I had excellent service in every department. The front desk staff was so helpful and welcoming, the rooms were the cleanest I’ve ever seen from a hotel (and I’ve stayed in a lot of them), the rooms were also very articulately designed which is very impressive to me, and the breakfast was divine. Everything about my trip was excellent due to the staff here at Atwell Suites. They go above and beyond for their guests. I wouldn’t have chosen any other hotel. Thank you Atwell Suites for an amazing time! I cannot wait to come back soon!!!

I think it's important to be honest when it comes to reviews, and I am confidently giving this place 5 stars! The staff were all super nice and chill, my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. And I loved the soaps they had in there! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING. This honestly might be the best hotel I've stayed at in my life. Paying a bit more than some other choices in the area turned out to be well worth it. I got a couple of well needed nights of rest after completely wearing myself out travelling the country in the back of my minivan. Thank you Atwell Suites!

A very nice hotel! Clean modern room with a comfy bed. Lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. I felt like I was in the way of the young man serving breakfast and also was reprimanded for not doing something right. Treat your guests with respect and they will feel at home and relaxed.

We loved this hotel! It’s new, clean and modern with the friendliest staff, especially Christina, the Director of Sales. The young lady who worked the afternoon/evening shift at the front desk was also very nice. Besides manning the front desk, she was also the bartender and cook. (The front desk, bar and kitchen were all in the same area).| We spent a total of six nights at the hotel - one night in room 424 at the start of our trip and five nights in room 218 at the end of our trip. The rooms were clean and equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and bar sink. It also had a sofa and counter height table that could serve as a desk or dining table.| Breakfast was complimentary. The staff are absolutely wonderful here at this property. Its got a great modern look and the property is new. The only minor negative is the walls are a bit thin. Overall, im very happy that this is our companies hotel of choice in MCI.
