The pool is always in the shade except for maybe 2 hours in the morning. Breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful. Room configuration was odd with the bathroom door had to be closed to get in on that side of the bed. I only had 3 glasses in the room but was OK since it was only me, but if I went with family it would be inconvenient. Laundry facilities were good, but the lint catcher needed cleaning out when I used it. Plenty of parking. Staff was helpful in giving me a late checkout with my Bonvoy status. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Positive: Updated furnishings Negative: Charge me and I had a service dog.Per day, Charge me for cleaning fee of 50 bucks. Which they never told me when I checked in. Second day was checking out didn’t tell me that either. Moving out at 5 PM they charge me for the full night $---

The front desk staff were always so professional and kind, they found me a room last minute and were amazing from the moment I arrived. We had an issue with water in our first room and they immediately moved us to another room and never once made me feel bad for it. We left a very valuable item in our room upon check out and they immediately called us and put it away in a safe until we returned to pick it up. The staff went above and beyond and I would stay again in a heart beat. Customer service was top notch and I can not praise them enough.

This is my second time staying here for business. I stay for 2 weeks at a time amd its absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Always fresh towels! Love this place i recommend to everyone!

Great stay. The room was updated, very comfortable, and the smart TV was a nice touch. Breakfast was solid, and Tabitha was especially helpful. She went above and beyond, making the morning feel welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.
