TownePlace Suites by Marriott Jacksonville Airport

I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites near the Jacksonville Airport on Airport Road. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely accommodating. You can tell they care about the guest experience. The room was extremely nice, clean, and well maintained. It felt comfortable and spacious, which made it easy to relax after traveling. One of the biggest conveniences was the airport shuttle. They offered transportation to and from the airport, which was a huge help and made the entire trip much smoother. If you’re flying in or out of Jacksonville and want a reliable, comfortable place to stay with friendly service, this is a great choice. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here for an overnight flight out of JAX. The staff was excellent. The room was a little smaller than my local Town Place I use for guests, but it was not cramped in any way and very clean. The room did not have any airport noise. The airport shuttle was reliable and prompt for my early flight the next day. The hotel is located across the highway from a lot of the established fast food restaurants and hotels, but I did see one place nearby. I would stay here again for the right price.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. It is close to airport with free shuttle. To be next to the airport, it’s quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Finally a newer hotel with an acceptable pressure and shower water flow. As of January 2026 this appears to be a fairly new construction, but overall no shortcomings everything was done great. Spacious rooms, nice kitchen equipment, drinking water dispenser on every floor. Great experience! Minor wish would be for Tesla charging pricing more comparable to the nearby supercharger, too expensive at 55c vs 31c. This doesn't drop my rating at all, thanks for at least having chargers, but I won't use them at that price.

Our room here was actually better than we expected. Just looking for a quick 2 day get away turned into an awesome stay. Our room was very up to date, clean and cozy. We did not use everything but there was everything in the room that we needed personally. Will look forward to coming back.
