Outstanding hotel! Best in the area. GM came out to welcome us to this beautiful hotel. Check in staff were super friendly. Breakfast buffett was superb! Beds very comfortable and balcony had outstanding view of the port and cruise ships. 10 out of 10 and we will stay here again, and recommend to others. Excellent location.

This hotel was wonderful! Spacious rooms, beautiful lobby and a delicious breakfast. We ended up here late at night after a difficult situation with a vacation rental unit. Brittany at the front desk was so kind and welcoming to us, even giving our family dog some treats and love. That little bit of extra thoughtfulness made all the difference to my family. We even chose to stay a second night. Thank you to Brittany and all the wonderful staff.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marriott has always been my go-to brand when I travel, and this TownePlace Suites was exactly what I expected—clean, comfortable, and consistent. We decided to stay here a couple of nights before our cruise since it’s close to the port, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s only a short drive or ride to all the nightlife and restaurants if you want to get out and explore before your trip. The hotel itself was spotless. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the hallways were clean, and everything had that fresh, well-kept feel that I’ve come to expect from Marriott properties. We stopped here on our way to Palm Beach. I was absolutely blown away. The lobby is clean and fresh. There was a large gathering area with a small bar, and cute video game consoles. The pool area is small, but it’s right on the beach, so not needed. The room was immaculate. A full kitchen area, with a full fridge, sink, and stovetop. Located just north of Cocoa Beach, you are in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and more. The breakfast was standard and well stocked.|I recommend this place, especially if you have family.
