Coco Sands Villas

This place is amazing!! Easy walk to the beach, short drive to Cocoa Beach and close to attractions. Also great beach to watch any rocket launches!!! Will definitely come back.

Highly recommend Coco Sands Villas!!! Communication with owner was excellent from the time of booking all the way until checkout. We had three of us in Villa #1. It had a master bedroom, plus bunk beds - perfect size for us. We enjoyed sitting out on our porch. Nice, short walk to the beach. Many places to eat close by, plus a Circle K right on the next corner over. We had a rental car, and there was ample parking in front or back behind our end unit. Great location to get to Melbourne, Cocoa Beach, or to the cruise port.

Its a shame that i can only give 5 stars because they deserve so much more. Employees are outstanding and so helpful. They made my wife and I feel like family and friends. The room was very clean and very quaint. I could go on and on but i dont want to ramble. Awesome job to all

This is a great location to stay overnight before boarding a cruise ship. We stayed in villa 17. Very clean and inviting. The rooms are a good size and the sleep number beds are a nice touch. The bathrooms are accessible as is the kitchen. The entry door is small and likely prevents ada compliance. However, there is a patio door. Noservice! Bath towels for 6 but the agent was willing to drivek 2 hours to bring us some. That is service! There is a funky musty smell but that is florida for you. Everything is moist here. Will stay here again.

WOW! if you are considering the beaches of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, this is the place to stay. Cheaper than chain hotels.. beach a couple blocks away. Very clean and nice patio/backyard.
