Homewood Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral-Cocoa Beach

Really good customer service and breakfast. They let me check in early and stay late which made our plans sooo much more convenient. The breakfast was very good and they had good coffee! There was a weird electrical thing in our room, where we couldn't use the bathroom lights without the living room lights being on (we had to either pee in the dark or wake up the kids), but I'm still giving 5 stars because they were better than expected in other ways.

We stayed here one night before a cruise. The common areas and rooms were spotless. The included breakfast was awesome with many selections available, hot and cold. We were also surprised to find that there he Tiki bar had a small menu available for dinner, which was perfect and so convenient. And the staff were all amazing!!! But most amazingly: we forgot our refrigerator medicine in our room. We were already on our cruise ship when we realized, called the hotel front desk and spoke to Jen. She is AWESOME. Found the medicine and coordinated with a local taxi service to have the meds delivered to us at the port!!! Unbelievable, so above and beyond. THANK YOU JEN, you’re the best!!! Please give her a huge raise.

We reserved 2 rooms the night of Oct 25 for one night before a cruise. We have previously stayed at this hotel and never had problems. Until this stay. Our family arrived late in the evening, around 10 to 1030. Upon arriving in our rooms, one room was fine, however, the other room had the ceiling fan blowing at full blast. We called down to the reception to ask how to turn off the ceiling fan. I spoke to Mike, who said that there should be a remote control in the room and we should look for it. We searched all over and never found the remote so we called back to the front desk and asked if they could send someone up who could help us find it or bring us a new one. I spoke to Mike again who said he would be up in the next few minutes. After 15 minutes, no one came so I called back and got a

I’m going to be as fair as possible. First and foremost the Front Desk Attendant Amanda is absolutely amazing. She is respectful, knowledgeable and totally customer service oriented. She should probably teach classes for Hilton Hotels. However I do not understand all of these great reviews for this hotel especially if you don’t live with pets on a regular basis. The hotel is OLD! I mean the kind of old where you still control the temperature of the room is that huge loud contraption that sits under the window. We had to change rooms because in our first room that contraption didn’t work. But Amanda handled that too and got us a bigger room. BOTH rooms smelled like pets that haven’t had a bath in ages. Despite the most recent review, I’ve had no issues with this hotel. I had issues with my card at check in, and Amanda did everything she could to remedy the issue! Couldn’t appreciate her more, she was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are spacious, clean, and overall excellent! The pool, tiki bar, and overall atmosphere is phenomenal for such a low price! A stay at the westgate resort or raddison up the road would easily cost more and in my opinion would be an equal to the experience here, aside from a few extras. Overall, love this place!
