Cape Winds Resort

We stayed at Cape Winds for our third time. We enjoy staying here as we find all the things we enjoy and location is great for a variety of reasons. While here we have enjoyed watching rocket launches, sunrises over the ocean and sunsets in the west. The pool and hot tub are well maintained as well as each unit. Restaurants are a short driving distance away, whether driving to Cocoa Beach, the port or Melbourne. Great location and if concerns arise we are given quick response and help from the host. We plan on staying again and again!

Excellent resort, couldn't have asked for more for a place to stay. The apartment was in perfect condition, stocked with all sorts of amenities (including beach gear) and it has plenty of room. Location is also perfect, quick access to the beach plus the supermarket is only a 20 minute walk away through a quiet neighborhood. The owners are very easy to contact and reply fast. The only very minor downside was the check in process via Booking.com (if you're booking via this way). Check in requires a link which Booking.com blocks, best suggestion is to contact the owners directly and they'll sort it in no time!

Cape Winds Resort is an absolute gem on Florida’s Space Coast! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the location—right on Cape Canaveral Beach, just steps from the sand and minutes from Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Waking up to ocean views from our private balcony was pure paradise. The condo was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed—a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and two bathrooms, which made our stay so convenient. The resort amenities are top-notch: a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, and even barbecue grills for a fun cookout. Free Wi-Fi and parking were a nice bonus too. We enjoyed our brief respite at Cape Winds #508. As a top floor, corner unit, the view was great. It was right by the pool, but that was not a deterrent. One challenge was that the pool and restrooms did not open until 8 a.m. For early morning beach runs, that was difficult. The unit itself had minimal, nice furnishings, which is what we happen to prefer. The Wi-Fi worked well during our stay, which was good since my husband and I had to work remotely from there. Kelsy was our Guest Services Manager and she was excellent at communicating check-in/check-out information, and also respond to questions. We recommend this unit, and hope to return in the future!

Great condo rentals. Huge balcony on sea front units. Quiet. Great location. Until 203 is amazing and has everything you need.
