Home2 Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral Cruise Port

The hotel was great. Breakfast was great. I loved that you had breakfast lines with different things. That is because there are two hotels in one building. I definitely loved the fact that it is right next to the cruise ports. We will definitely be staying here again.

I've been here for a few weeks and am really enjoying this hotel! It's beautiful and a great location with ample parking, lots of public gathering spaces, and lovely decor in the public areas and in the rooms. A large gym open 24 hours, laundry, etc. People departing on cruise ships use this hotel since it is super close to the port. There is such a crowded, buzzy, happy vibe. It is packed Friday-Monday morning with families heading out to have fun together, then empties out. My view is over the pool -- very pretty -- and my room is huge and well equipped. The staff are nice. Their maintenance guy is super good. The first night I arrived the sink wasn't draining well; he fixed it immediately. Dan was the best. Friendly and accommodating with excellent customer service. He provided a coupon for a delicious and fun restaurant. Most importantly, he was understanding and provided an immediate remedy to several issues with our room. It’s not often people in customer service apologize as genuinely as Dan. |His help and attitude were very much appreciated. ||Dated ‘Good’ because of the dirty bathroom furniture/kitchen and missing room items. Otherwise, excellent hotel and customer service.

Booked a room here on a whim, to get away from neighborhood fireworks (12/31) that means nobody in our house sleeps for hours. What a gem! First off, it's two hotels in one, and the signage by the road could be bigger (Hampton Inn and Home2; we stayed on the Home 2 side). We had a very friendly welcoming and enjoyed the huge lobby. Our room was amazing and quite spacious for our family of 4. In the evening we loved sitting by the fire, sipping hot chocolate (free in the lobby). Husband went to the bar and had a drink (he said it was very good). In the morning, we were told we could access both hotel breakfasts. We walked through one and then walked through the other. We enjoyed items from both and had a HUGE breakfast. As in, husband and I didn't eat again until dinner. We both agreed that
