Hyatt Place Cape Canaveral

After a long Travel day, before heading out on a long awaited cruise on the NCL Prima. I was greeted with both Alexis and Janelle at the front desk for check in! Both were so friendly and welcoming! Tia was great for helping me decide on what beer and food to decide on. This team was friendly and I enjoyed conversation at the bar with guests and this team! Of course this hotel has a lot of friendly Cruisers hanging but that same good vibe is present in the staff! So kudos to the team here I will be back again to cruise out of Port Canaveral and will definitely stay here!

Hyatt Place in Port Canaveral is a good choice for a pre or post cruise. The hotel itself offers clean rooms. The staff was helpful in every way. One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the rooftop bar. It was not crowded, had plenty of seats and provided a spot to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral, a wonderful experience.||Within walking distance of the hotel is a fast food restaurant and an Italian restaurant, which was quite good.||Breakfast at the hotel is passable. They served eggs, potatoes, fruit and yogurt as well as a variety of cereals. We had to search for a place to sit at breakfast, but this could be because of the weekend cruises.||Yes, I would stay here again before or after a cruise.

I don't think I've ever experienced more caring customer service than we received from Janelle at the front desk. My son scraped his knee and she went so far above and beyond to help him feel better and to cheer him up. She's so kind and caring, a true gem. We also found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location ideal. Thank you again, Janelle!

This is a brand new hotel and it has brand new vibes. There wasn’t much to really say in a negative way, but it’s definitely worth staying at. I don’t know why it’s rated as a 3-star hotel as I feel it’s more of 4-star. I just wrote a review on the hotel next door… Country Inn and Suites, and I just found out that it’s owned by the same company that owns the Hyatt. You can tell it’s under the same management firm as the staff are just as exceptional. The front desk team are extremely nice and the overall environment is down right pleasant. OCI Hospitality is doing a fantastic job and are clearly leading their hotel staff in the right direction. So kudos to everyone. There were only two small noteworthy items to mention that could use some attention: 1. The Wi-Fi is rather slow. B

Perfect location if you are cruising out of Port Canaveral! It's brand new! Love the decor! Great customer service upon arrival and love, love, love the 7th floor terrace with amazing water views! We caught the sunset and it couldn't be more perfect staying here at this hotel! Love that they also have a restaurant in house! Highly recommend this hotel! We are loving our stay here so far!
