Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Canaveral Cruise Port

We were there for two visits a week apart before and after a cruise. It is a shared facility with Home2 suites. The location is very close to the cruise ports, and the atmosphere is casual, but clean, friendly and very helpful. One stay was cheaper by a good bit than the other, but still the prices were reasonable for 2025 ;-). Because it serves cruises which are short stays, the challenges of people moving in and out were significant. In spite of this, the lobby and rooms were always clean, with staff continually cleaning the lobby before and after breakfast. They do a great job.||The rooms were dark and quiet. The room darkening shades were very efficient, and we rarely heard anything in our room. Out by the pool kids were noisy as expected, but not problematic.||One unique feature of t

No, no, no - do not stay here. The room smelled like a dog had been kenneled there. The walls were filthy. And the TV did not work. Was promised 3 times (by the front desk, on the survey, and by Hilton. Honors customer service) that the manager would reach out to me. Never heard a word. Still waiting, in fact. Interesting that he has responded here - to save face, I suppose. Great location with half the value of Hampton Inn at twice the price of a normal Hampton inn. Motel 6 experience for Manhattan pricing. Only Hampton Inn I have ever had a bad experience with. Just say No.

We stayed at this hotel with our family prior to our cruise out of Cape Canaveral, and overall our stay was a positive one. The location was very convenient for getting to the port, which made travel day much less stressful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our family’s needs for a short stay. Most of the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, and they made sure we had what we needed during our stay. There was one staff member who seemed to be having a rough evening and was a bit short when we asked a few questions, which stood out compared to the otherwise friendly service we received. Nice clean rooms. Wish the pool was heated but nice and close to the cruise termnail. They charge $50 for an early check in. We were there around 12 and they had our room ready right away.

Positive: The room have microwave, are very bug. Negative: The breakfast doesn?t have vegan milk or hot milk
