Hilton Garden Inn Cape Canaveral near Cocoa Beach

I thought this Hilton might be nice since it new but apparently they have some issues to work out. I asked about a shuttle thinking it might be componentry since it's so close to the terminal, but those customer service days are gone, after I checked out I received my final invoice showing a 40 charge for the shuttle which we did not take, we ubered and have proof in receipts. my 1st call I was told the refund should show up later in the week never showed I called back 03-4-2026 and was told no refund was going to issued and only points can be given instead. not acceptable since after this I may no longer be staying at any Hilton garden inn .. Take it from someone who used to enjoy a stay at Hilton...*** Book another Hotel anything but a Hilton*** there all about the bottom line and car

We atayed here to board our Disney cruise to the Bahamas and I love Hilton’s consistency in quality across their hotels. If you are familiar with the Garden Inn, rooms are spacious and clean, always updated decor. The location is decent for the location some shops nearby surf shop gas station convenience store, a few restaurants, etc, then again it’s a near port sooo….location is good and rooms are not luxury, but great for the price. It has an attached restaurant, but be aware, it’s only open for breakfast and dinner (7-11am and 4-9pm) and checkout is at 11am. Pretty decent, well stocked shop with sundries, snacks and drinks, including wine! Also if you go to the SpaceX website you can check to see if there is a launch during your stay and get a Launch view room. But the highlight was the

First of all this hotel is beautiful… Has a nice restaurant, lounge, fitness room, outdoor game area and a very nice outdoor pool, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are very nice. And if you like a view of the cruise port with the Kennedy space Center way out in the background, then the ocean view window side is nice too. And, if you like a stiff mattress bed with extra firm pillows, sleeping at this hotel is for for you. I could not fall asleep on this bed and spending 4bills for a restless night is not for me. That’s why I give this hotel 3 stars.

Best Customer Service Ever! Came here the day before my cruise Jan 2 as I don't believe in arriving the day of. Trip started off bad, NOTHING to do with the hotel.. it was my transfer to the hotel from the cruise line.. never again. Met with my husband that evening for a nice stay. The front desk agent Opal LaCentra made my stay worth it. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed to enjoy my vacation.. I'm Soo mad I just found my room key sleeve, because I left a review with the hotel's post stay and couldn't remember her name, but she excellent and deserves a raise. Literally saved my vacation. We have stayed in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area several times and primarily choose Hilton hotels exclusively. This was our first time staying here and it definitely won’t be our last. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is “next level” amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious, and set up very nicely. The hotel lobby is very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. You’re close to everything here and it’s a great location to watch rocket launches. I should add that the art throughout the hotel is very impressive! I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with our stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for one of the absolute best places to stay in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area.
