Timmons Grove County Park

Marshall county is keeping it mowed. Not checking on the fire rings to clean them out. 2 signs down by the river are unreadable due to poster placed over. Lots of dead limbs hanging in trees. 18 camp sites electric 30/50. Otherwise its a quiet campground with access the the Iowa River. It does have a mowed walking path

It was a good little spot to camp at. They have electricity, fire rings, & picnic tables at each site and the have a huge port-a-potty that was clean. The only downside I can think of is that it is near a highway so you can hear the traffic during the day but it wasn't too bad.

Nice park. Camping is only $14.00 per night. Great nature trail for the kids. No showers or flush toilets. Close to a Casey's store.

They have made some great improvements. Hopefully they will keep on with more. It's a very nice little campground.

Quiet even when this park is full. This is a primitive camp. No shower. Only a port-a-potty. Sits along the river for people that like to fish. Nice new playgound for children.
