Clean hotel, good location, attention to detail with the housekeeping, They fold the towels in a fan shape which is cool . ***Customer service tips for this hotel: greet a customer when they walk in. For example, when I checked in the first words out of the front desk mouth was" driver's license and credit card", secondly, the next morning the other front desk is on their phone watching videos wearing a hair bonnet not not looking up when customers walk by . Otherwise the hotel is great. Just train your employees with professionalism which we all know is lacking these days and it will go a long way for the business, the employees themselves and the customers. Thw woman who prepares the food in the morning. So charming and friendly and the maintenance. They're really on top of it.

Everything seems to be decent. Wish the water pressure was better to the rooms. I had 2 seperate stays a couple weeks apart and somehow managed to get the same room so im unsure if it was just my room or the whole building. But pretty decent options for breakfast and the staff is pretty cool and attentive.

We arrived Friday night and were greeted promptly by the front desk person. The person was very friendly and efficient. I had a room with the hideaway couch and she asked right away if we needed bedding for it. After I got the rest of our luggage and was passing by the front desk the person asked again if there was any thing else we needed. The only issue we had was Saturday the kids wanted to relax in the pool, when we went to the pool they had a sign on the pool door stating it was closed, no sign by the front desk stating it was closed. The kids were really disappointed, I mean they went past the front desk to their room and got their suets on only to go back down to read a sign on the door. pool Closed. If there was a sign by the front door we could have turned around and found some

Positive: Its very clean and they have a great staff. They also have the best breakfast. Negative: There were only a couple of things that I would have expected the cleaning staff to have addressed. No hair dryer or bathmat. The lock that holds the shampoo, conditioner and body soap appeared to have been opened and the bottles were loose.

This was in a good location, easy to find with fuel stations nearby - close to the highway but not so close you heard it. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I will use this hotel the next time I come this way! Thank you for the great stay!
