Colonial Inn

Stayed there for 3 months for a remodel project. Do not stay here the old guy named Ken who cleans the room steals your small belongings and money. Our last day staying he stole 70 dollars. The rooms are big infested with spiders it was a horrible experience I wouldn't suggest anyone stay there EVER. There is no control over the air conditioning or heat we had to buy fans and a heater to be comfortable. Oh yea and thin walls yay.

Nice and clean rooms with all minimum facilities needed to stay. The manager Mr.Pat is a very kind, hard working and generous one who treats very well with great respect towards customers. Totally it was a great time staying there and meeting such an awesome manager.

Cheap moderately clean construction worker motel room. 5 dollars worth of cleaning supplies from Dollar General. A open mind and about 30 minutes of elbow grease turned this room into a nice room. Cant beat the price and owner manager is a sweet lady.

I love this place it is one of the best hotels in marshalltown iowa. The room was clean and warm when needed and the manager was the nicest guy ever and treated us with respect. There was very good housekeeping and fresh bed sheets. This place is also the cheapest cleanest hotel here.. if I was you I would rent from this place.

This place is awesome, I get my alone time, my privacy and if i feel like going to eat or shop, neither is very far. The manager is super friendly and courteous. Over all its been a great stay.
