booked 2 rooms. was traveling with my daughter, her husband and their 3 kids (ages 9,6,3). there was a wedding reception going on (which we weren’t told about). about 8 pm the music started up with the bass reverbrating in our rooms and it was just like it was in the room with us. the reception was across the pool and 2 conference rooms down. about 930 we called the desk and asked when they expected the music to stop or if the bass could be turned down. we were told it would be midnight before it would get quiet. so at 10 pm at night (with the 3 year old not feeling good and having to be woken up) they moved us to a non suite way down the hall. we then later discovered that there were ants in my daughters room (i showed picture and video of the ants to the manager). since i booked thr

Stay away from this place!! They put us in a wheelchair accesible room, room 227 for no reason. I'm convinced they put everyone in this room. They had a plug in smelly airfreshner plugged into the wall to cover up the rooms smell. There was a big Crack along the windows which was covered with tape. In the bathroom, there is literally no where to put your toiletries, no counter space. In fact, I couldn't even take a shower my while 4 day stay because the water was cold. In other words, staying at this place has made me tired, cold, hungry AND dirty. The beds aren't comfortable and the bedding isn't warm, its -10 degrees right now. Luckily the heater worked great. We did not see another single person our entire stay, which leads us to believe people stay elsewhere like we should have. The br

Extremely disappointed in this hotel. The room has a fruity overlay of smell that’s hiding something pungent as well as a moist and tacky floor. The single pane window has a giant crack that was taped shut. In addition to that security hazard I found that the window was unlocked when I arrived late at night to check in. I’m glad I checked because I am on the first floor and it would be extremely easy for someone to climb in. I used the ironing board too double up at the lock for the window for added security. I feel uncertain about my stay here and the safety of this hotel.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has been disappointing. The pool is extremely cold, to the point that my daughter couldn’t enjoy it at all. We also placed the “do not disturb” sign on our door, as we had arrived late the night before and wouldn’t be in the room, but housekeeping entered anyway, which was frustrating. The beds and the pull-out mattress are quite uncomfortable. I have a bad back and ended up having to purchase a mattress topper just to get some rest. We are here for a tumbling event, and my wife asked the front desk if we could borrow scissors or clippers to help take down our daughter’s hair. She wasn’t even able to finish explaining before being told “no.” Additionally, the sign in the room states that if guests need items such as towels, especially since our
