Flamingo Motel

Awful. The plumbing was messed up. They could not , more like, would not fix the issue(s). The drain in shower back-flowed with a foul smelling black liquid. The toilet bad and bathroom sink would also backup. The couple refused to reduce pmt or reimburse us. End of story. Would go down the street to do my business and would shower at work; thank God for that. Stayed there because the other much better hotels and motels were at capacity. Do not know what is meant by service, but we received none, nor were we offered any.

They charge $45 +tax but gave me 4 totl since I was staying 3 days. She knew i was handicapped and still put me on the back where I had to walk down a hall or climd many steps. Manager told me I could have one up front where I could park by my door but it would be 2 double beds and $55. TV is good and has plenty if channels, but that is the only good thing i could say. Beds have foam on them and NO support. Wall outlet won't hold a plug so had trouble charging phone and computer. Wifi is free, but very weak signal. Room was not made up any of the extra 2 days I stayed. This place is worth $30, max $35. I will not be staying here again.

THIS PLACE IS THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE THERE ARE SO MANY (BED BUGS ) !!!!! I CAN LITERALLY SEE THEM COVERING THE WALLS )/ THE FLOORS/ BEDS/ NO JOKE THE WALLS MOVED INSIDE MY PILLOW. ALL OVER EVERYTHING. I had to leave everything I owned and told the front desk MANAGER that we needed are 500$ BACK and they said NO RE FUND. SO WHAT I DID WAS 🫣go back to the horrifying disgusting room add scooped up no joke a whole cup filled with BED BUGS and went back to the FRONT DESK. And showed them the cup of HUNDREDS of BED BUGS that they said the ROOM didn't have and they. Screamed begging me not to open the cup... SO I opened it and threw it all over them. We paid for a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room that was filthy. We did get an upgrade to a better room but not until the next day and only between 11 and 2. Was given a comp for fifty bucks that no one knew how to give it to us. A employee came to our room at 2am to spray our room for smells with out us knowing they were comming.

This place is a joke. The beds sag. They sag very noticably. You can actually see what looks like a gaping hole under the blanket in the middle of one of the beds. They advertise HBO on their sign but do not have HBO in reality. The manager is hard to track down and only answers his phone if he feels like it. He appears to be a wanna-be gangsta type and though I didnt have any probs with him, I could sense his overall dismissive attitude.The bathroom smells like smoke in a non smoking room. There is soap scum CAKED ON to the soap holder part of the shower. Along with all kinds of built up and crusted grime of all sorts on the shower floor. In a word this place sucks.
