Thomas Delano House

Our large family rented the Thomas Delano House for our son’s wedding which was held in Portland in August 2025. We could not have been happier with this incredible and unique property. The space is spectacular, historic and BIG. It has amazing and high-end (eg very comfortable) bedrooms, multiple common room spaces, a beautiful, newly renovated 3rd floor that significantly expanded sleeping availability and a spectacular garden/patio and large carriage house made gathering over our several day stay just perfect! We hosted a joint families lobster bake for 18 a few nights before the wedding and were able to comfortably sit everyone in the carriage house for the meal. Our group of 11 girls rented the Thomas Delano house through East Coast retreat and we had a wonderful time! The house , both inside and out, was perfect for our big group and the beds were SO comfy! We loved that the house was very walkable to the Old Port. Highly recommend!
