The Westin O'Hare

You can hear an occasional airplane but it is a very quiet hotel. Very professional service. The gift shop is the only down side. Not great service. Terrible hours. Difficult to do room charge. It seems like it is owned by someone other than the hotel. They should be open late for people coming from different time zones. Otherwise it is a great hotel!

This hotel was great. From the smell, the service, Starbucks, and a good food. However, 3 out of my 4 towels had stains on them and Aja was kind, cool, and collected when I told her. Even when I checked in she was amazing!!! Me and my coworker’s key kept not working and we had to make several walks downstairs because we were locked out. Great location and shuttle service you can’t beat. But they just need to button up on housekeeping.

I booked an accessible suite at the Westin O’Hare to accommodate myself, my husband, and our adult son who uses a wheelchair. The room shown on the website clearly had an accessible bathroom — which was essential — and we specifically chose a suite for two private spaces.||When we arrived, we were told the accessible suite we reserved was given to another guest due to “bad planning.” The manager admitted this and said there were no other accessible suites available. We were placed in a “better” suite that was not accessible at all.||The bathroom toilet was in a tiny, separate room that a wheelchair couldn’t enter, so my son had to use the public handicap restroom for all of his needs during our 3-day stay. He couldn’t shower, and his independence was completely taken from him.||While the h

To the hotel’s credit, my stay was refunded for this issue. I stayed at this hotel last weekend with the intention of getting some rest before an early morning flight. Unfortunately, a youth dance competition was being held at the hotel, and despite the front desk’s assurances that I was far away from what was certain to be chaos, I was placed next to a room where there was screaming, yelling, and door slamming going late into the night. Security apparently responded but teens will be teens. There is not much that can be done. Additionally, the 4:40am shuttle I counted on either never showed up, was 15 minutes late, or the 5am shuttle left 5 minutes early. I still don’t know, but I left around 4:55am. I would stay here again but if I see a large group of teens at check-in I would preemptiv

Parked here for traveling. Def wish they were more directive on where to go to catch the bus on the confirmation email. Otherwise, the drivers were all gentlemen (sorry if there are ladies, we didn't catch you). Very polite, told us where to go when we got back, picked our bags gently up into the bus, smooth drivers. Great services there! I would recommend this and let you know, you go through the hotel to catch the busses in the front of the hotel.
