Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Rosemont

Staff were awesome and the rooms are very nice - interesting double doors into the suites. ( if you have a guest sleeping in on the couch though, there is a huge amount of light that comes into that part of the room) - Access to the convention center was fantastic. -The pizza place had fantastic wood fired pizza. - breakfast with the egg cookery bar was lovely. - the $39 parking was very convenient. Negatives: -World’s slowest elevators that were a pain. - Pillows were pretty crummy. - The gym is terrible - barely any room for stretching and the dumbell area was tiny - it’s a one person deal. ( the picture makes it look far better than it is). Overall a good experience and the suites are very quiet and have good workspaces.

This hotel really needs a refresh. Have stayed here multiple times and it's getting worse each stay. Also, had a terrible I love you e check in experience. Requested early check in and as a HHonors member, expected that to be honored. Instead, my noon arrival was met with 'your room is not ready'. No biggie, went to Gibson's and ate the slowest lunch I could awaiting a call. At 2:30, I decided to go check back. I was told I had a 'special' room and it would take longer. Meanwhile, dozens upon dozens of groups walked in and were roomed immediately. Makes little sense that one of those rooms couldn't have been mine since they are all suites and the same. I didn't get into my room until 4:30 and check out the pics of how 'special' it was!

Positive: Convenience excellent rooms and the bonus of a good breakfast (though crazy busy) Negative: Staff either great or disinterested

After a couple days of missed flights/missing luggage. We ended up staying a night at this hotel before driving to our final destination. It was perfect! Great sleep, staff provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste, breakfast made us feel like human beings again. Thank you!

🌞PROS: I do enjoy our stays at the Embassy. 🌞The room sizes and amenities work well for our family. When we travel in the U.S, we make it a point to look for an Embassy first. We did enjoy our stay. 🌞The parking location was perfect. 🌞The indoor pool and gym, very nice! 🌞Front desk receptionists super friendly!! 👉CONS: The bulding is in need of a bit of maintenance. 👉 The bathrooms seems to consistently have leaking issues. Water leaked out of the bathroom on the hallway carpet. No matter how careful or the amount of towels we used for a barrier, water would not drain properly. The shower fixtures operate properly yay 😊 . 👉The hand shower holder is not the proper one for the hand shower. When showering , it would out of the holder and hit you or spray water everywhere. 👉Elevators were so o
