This Hotel Feels Grand! It will not make the solo traveler feel lonely for sure! The Staff is accomodating and generously care to kindly provide for the needs of the customers as much as they can. I loved my experience here as it was comfortable, therapeautic, and quietly relaxing. There is a fine dining Italian Restaurant just downstairs. To access nearby areas outside of the hotel I would recommend booking an American Taxi Chicago, utilizing services such as Uber or Lyft, using the Blue Line Train from Rosemont to Chicago, or as well as and car rental as this area is close to the airport! There is a Mcdonald's. Taco Bell, and other small restaurants around. It would be nice if the hotel provided Bellboy service in the future. Immaculate, airy and pleasant room with a lovely view and a very comfortable bed. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me the eighth floor and it was supremely quiet. I love the restaurant/bar on the ground floor -has so much character.

Fyi, everything about this hotel is expensive. Overpriced actually. $15 for a 6oz pour of wine. $30 for an omelet (not the greatest). The mac n cheese is terrible. Location is good. There are several spots to go across the street, i suggest Ostras....great happy hour menu, good cook and menu. Parking is a minimum $22 per night.

I was in transit and we stay here overnight. It was awesome. They upgraded our room because of an issue on their side and we were happy 😊 The room was cleaned and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our overnight stay. And get this the shuttle service to the airport starts at 3:30 am. You do not want anything better than that!!! And breakfast starts at 7, so you can actually have breakfast before you leave. Which I like as the ride to the airport is about 6 minutes.
