Hampton Inn & Suites Rosemont Chicago O'Hare

One of the nicest Hampton Inn we've ever stayed at. Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff, especially the guy in the evening at the front desk. Outside firepit in the evening. Great bar. Very quiet rooms!! Great!! And the free shuttle to the airport is awesome.

I could not have been happier with this hotel. Most notable aspects are good location, excellent staff and VERY clean. I have been disapointed with some hotels during my recent 6 week road trip (including a couple of Hampton Inns), but not this one. All aspects excellent. The Room was was clean and comfortable. The breakfast good and when we arrived at closing time one day, the ladies still let us in to grab something. Reception organised a late checkout (payable, but this is OK) when our airline changed out flight. Near to CTA station and decent Italian Restaurant. Excellent shuttle service, probably one of the best I have encountered. Run every 20 mins. Would recommend.

1. The person who checked us in was not warm and friendly. In the past we have stayed at this hotel many times and had great service. This was not the case this time. The staff who checked us in gave us average service and didn't listen very well. When we visit a hotel, it's nice to be greeted with a smile and makes it easier to travel. 2. The hot water was not available when we wanted to take a shower. The water tank on the floor that serviced our room had to be turned up in order for us to take a shower. Hot water tank temperatures should be checked routinely as a matter of business operations at a hotel. When we called to ask for help for the hot water, no one came for more than 15 minutes. So we had to call again, and explain that we needed to shower and go to bed ASAP. This was not ef

Room was clean, beds comfortable, good size bathroom with good size shower), buffet had good choices (also had milk available for individuals with lactose problems), parking in front of hotel & parking garage (charge for parking, but not excessive-around $25 I think), all workers very nice, & I would return. Room needed minor updates, but did not ruin experience. Food options near by.

They have a shuttle service to the airport, so that was quite handy. They also give complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy as I didn’t have mine. The breakfast is served at 6:00 and it’s your typical hotel breakfast, so nothing fancy. Overall I would recommend this place
