Overall, a very good stay. The service was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was consistently professional and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight — very good quality and excellent coffee, which truly makes a difference. The hotel is clearly well managed and we appreciated the availability of an on-site kitchen service. Even though the menu is limited, it is a great alternative on extremely cold days like January 30, when going out is not ideal. As points for improvement: it would be important to verify that all electrical outlets in the rooms are fully functional. In addition, given how busy this hotel is due to its proximity to the airport and the Allstate Arena, offering valet parking for guests could greatly improve the experience. While the hotel provide

Chose this location for proximity to AllState Arena. Did not disappoint! Walking distance to concert venue. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking was easy and plentiful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast could have been open a little longer, especially after a concert night; several folks appeared rushed.

Simply awful. 7 years as a Hyatt globalist averaging 100 nights a year. This was probably the most frustrating stay I’ve had in all my time. The shuttle runs every 40 minutes which is unacceptable for an airport hotel. After finally arriving, I asked the FD agent at check in to confirm departure times. She did not tell me I needed to sign up. If your FD agents are unable to communicate the basics, maybe provide a paper to the guests explaining. 2 long black hairs were found in the shower floor upon arriving to the room. The worst part was the highway noise. I was provided room 527 which is corner facing hwy 90. This is an airport hotel which should offer some level of soundproofing but it was unbearable.
