Crowne Plaza Chicago Ohare Hotel & Conf Ctr by IHG

My husband and I were in town for an RV show at the convention center and, believe it or not, we hadn’t planned our overnight stay very well. We happened to park near the Crowne Plaza and walked through it to get to the convention center. At the end of the day, since we were already there, we stopped at the front desk to check availability. They had rooms open, which we were thankful for, but I was honestly surprised when we were quoted $250 for the night, especially since breakfast wasn’t included. Not even something small. The next morning we learned it would have been $17 per person for the buffet, and we ended up paying $11 just for a muffin instead. I do wish the attendant had mentioned breakfast options when we booked so we could have decided ahead of time. The hotel itself was nic

The hotel is good; the room is good; the bed is good; the Wi-Fi service is good; and the restaurant is good. The shuttle is also good overall, but it could be improved.||I forgot to reserve a seat for breakfast, so it cost me $25 to have breakfast.||As for the shuttle, although it can be tracked, I could not see it on the tracking website that night. I waited for it at 2C from 9:10 to 9:47. The schedule says the shuttle runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. It seemed that a route was missed, and no tracking signal appeared on the website. This was a very bad experience, although the shuttle service itself is generally good.

Got a room to enjoy world of wheels at the Donald E Stephen's convention center. The room served it's purpose. The restaurant on the other hand could have been better. The service was horrible. The manager and wait staff ingored us but they made eye contact. The wait staff was a little bit better then the manager. The food wasnt great...it was fine for hotel food. Both times I went to the restaurant it wasnt busy so im not sure what the issue was. They didnt even check on us after we got our food and both times I had to walk up and ask to pay my bill.

On-sight restaurant with decent food. Customer service was excellent. Room was decent, just a few updates and cosmetic repairs needed. Don't forget to get your parking stub validated! Nice pool and workout area. Relatively quiet...I was there during a convention!

Oh man, where do I even begin. Everything about the service and hospitality was amazing. Me and my wife came in for a convention in Rosemont and we are from Denmark. So we needed some guidance during our trip and this fine young gentleman at the front desk of our hotel was the perfect candidate. I think he was Italian based of his name but he showed us everything we can do and anything we needed during our stay. I could have not have been more grateful for him as he helped us with our bags, and anything we needed during our stay. OH! his name was Vito, which is easily an italian name. So thank you to him and God Bless his soul!
