The Sea Breeze Inn

Outstanding! The owners are genuine, kind and friendly. Our large room was immaculately clean. In room 204, we had big sunny windows. A beautiful private balcony, even though in December it was too chilly to enjoy! The complimentary breakfast was cooked fresh and delicious. We were served by the lovely Jasmine. We can stay enough about the Sea Breeze. Exceptional.

My husband and I recently returned from a 4 -night stay at the Sea Breeze Inn. To say we are impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. The inn is quaint, impeccably clean and in a great location. The daily breakfast at YiaYia's Cafe was made to order and delicious. Our room was serviced daily (which is almost unheard of these days). What stands out above all this is the warmth of the staff. Each morning at breakfast we were greeted like friends. We will mention the Sea Breeze Inn to everyone we tell about our trip to Newport. It is very best example of a family business. Consider this your sign to book a stay there.

My friend and I were soooo impressed by this lovely BNB. Very friendly owners, beautiful and comfortable decor. They were able to change our room request on check-in ( off season)|The room was spacious and so immaculate that I didn’t see a speck of dust on the baseboards or in any corners!|Amenities not on website- coffeemaker and mini fridge. Impressed that they included toothbrushes with the toiletries. Very convenient location to Newport. Breakfast a little hum-drum but included and adequate. As we were there off season, the price was great!

We just returned from 4 nights at this great little hotel. I can’t say enough good about not only the hotel but the owners. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcomed, almost like family. The rooms are nice sized and impeccably cleaned. The shower has great water pressure and the breakfast is tasty and more than enough, the blueberry pancakes were delicious! This is a great place, in a great location, with the added touch of having owners who go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Thank you Leeza & Telly.

As I sit on our lovely private balcony overlooking the village and water beyond… I can’t say enough nice things about this beautiful inn!! From the moment we arrived we were treated so kindly with warmth and hospitality. The owner greeted us and was genuinely happy to see us. We were checked in early to our lovely room … spot less and comfortable |Then we decided to have lunch!!! Delicious!! The Mediterranean panini was fresh tasty and brought me back to Greece!! The tzatziki was delicious… sweet smooth with that hint of fresh yogurt and cucumber!! The orange zest in the nougat’s was heavenly. The cozy front porch dining was so very nice|I’m impressed with the entire inn. Staff can’t do enough to make you comfortable and the food… well you can tell there’s a lot of pride and dedication her
